If your email address changed since your purchase of Forms To Go, contact customer service and notify the email address change, and after 24 hours you'll be able to recover your serial number.

Remember that only customers of Forms To Go 1.x and 2.x are entitled to use their serial number for lifetime with all Forms To Go upgrades.

If you're a Forms To Go 3.x or higher customer, your serial number will only work for updates within one year after the purchase. If you need to download an earlier version of Forms To Go, please contact customer service.
