Issue:

Selecting the "To" address of the email from a field filled by a person in the html form.

How to solve:

That feature is not available in Forms To Go due to security reasons. The "To" address is hardcoded in the script.

A further release will include the ability to send emails to different addresses based on user input. 

The workaround for this request, is to manually modify the script after being created by Forms To Go, but we cannot technically support it, it is not our responsability if the script in changed.
