Issue:

When receiving the email some fields comes out with #fieldname# instead of showing the form fields values submitted by the user.

How to solve:

This case occurs when you're using a settings file of an older HTML form in a recently modified HTML form, where you have made changes in the field names.

Then, the email body contains the former field names.
