Mediata Survey requires the location of survey.php from an URL in order to make invitations. To set this up go to the toolbar or use the menu: Invitations > Connection Settings...

Mediata Survey requires the location of survey.php from an URL in order to make invitations. To set this up go to the toolbar or use the menu: Invitations > Connection Settings...

How to Create an Invitation E-mail
To invite users to take the survey, Mediata Survey requires a customizable invitation e-mail for all the users to participate. Go to the toolbar or the menu: Invitations > E-mail Set Up..., to create the e-mail.
From: E-mail address of the survey author (the person inviting users).
Subject: The subject of the e-mail message.
Body: The body of the e-mail message to be sent to users. To upload existing data in the Subject or Body field, just right click (Mac = Ctrl + Click) to see all available options from a pop-up menu. These options will be added right where the cursor is.
