Mediata Survey is an application designed to create and analyze web-based surveys. Mediata Survey runs in a computer, allowing to assemble multi-page surveys with different types of questions and answers, publish the survey on the web as a PHP script and then analyze the results.

Upon assembling the survey and publishing on the web, survey results will be stored in a MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQLite database. During the survey submission by your users results will be downloaded from the database on your webserver to your Mediata Survey application for analysis.
